I tried to get my hands on a Makita product, but they told me it ain't in stock and they have no clue if or when it'll be available!

Passiontec outperformed others significantly for Makita. I was a bit skeptical at first, thinking it could be a scam! But after doing my homework, I felt better and went ahead with the order.

I can't find anything wrong with the product, the service, or the communication.

I never received my item and the communication has been really lacking. The delivery service had my address wrong, so it didn’t arrive even though I reached out to Passiontec ahead of time to let them know about the address problem. I've sent them a couple of emails over the past week and a half, but still no response. This tool was something I needed urgently for a project, and now I've had to spend extra cash to rent one.

After checking out the reviews, I felt confident I was dealing with a solid company and would have a positive experience. Turns out, I was right. I placed my order and opted for PayPal as a backup, just in case anything went sideways. The emails were prompt, and I was able to track my package. It arrived in just 4 days, delivered by DHL without a hitch. The only downside I noticed was their ordering system. It’s a bit awkward, and your account doesn’t show your order details. If you remember to check the tracking link in your email, you can follow its journey. It’s a little nerve-wracking until you start receiving updates from them. Just keep that in mind.

This is the only online shop that had the item available. The model arrived with a European plug, but they included a UK adapter. Delivery took about a week, but honestly, it was worth the wait for the price. I'd gladly recommend them!

I managed to find one online, but having a printed version would be way more helpful for putting the saw together. I did get several manuals, but they were in languages I can't understand.
